| Wow, so where is the summer going? I still like Applebees a lot. Enough that I am going to take an extra semester, even tho I can graduate technically in the fall. I am going to take some management classes, and maybe an EMT course or firefighting course, since I am joining the fire department. What else. Oh, I went to see Lora (for those of you who don't know, she is my best friend who just had a bone marrow transplant for Leukemia). She is doing great and it is wonderful to see what God is doing for her! It has been such a long road and I just can't believe all the has happened in the past seven months. I love her so much. More than I can explain, and I am so glad that she is doing so well. God has truly blessed me with such a great friend and I can't wait til' she comes home from Buffalo so I can see her again. Let's see. Broome County Fair is this next week, which means fireworks, I LOVE THEM!!!. I can't wait. I need to get back to the farm, I am starting to go through withdrawal. I miss the smell too. hehe, I kno I can be weird sometimes, but some things just remind you of good times, and farm smells is one that does it for me. I am actually excited for school to start again. And I am ready for fall. Oh, one final thought for this entry. Most people who kno me well know that I am not the best plant keeper. But last year I had the best garden in town...haha maybe it had something to do with the fact that I planted it on the leach field...lol, but it was the best in town. Anywho, I watered it, but never weeded through it, I just got lazy. Well, this year I didn't get a chance to plant my garden so it is now overwhelmed with weeds and prickely things. But the other day when I went through with a sickle, I found a ton of tomatoe plants...I laughed histerically that they came back for one, and even more funny that I haven't done anything with them and they have little buds...so I am going to have tomatoes again this year and didn't even try...woot woot...
talk to ya'll lata,
